Eco Wood Decking To be avoided

We have spent over R30 000 for a small Eco Wood Deck around our splash pool three years ago. Within six months the edging cracked so badly they had to replace all the edging which Eco Wood Decking did. Two years down the line and we had a hole in the deck and the deck planks started to crack and we contacted Eco Wood Decking as we have a so called 5 year guarantee. Now three years down the line the hole is bigger, many more of the planks have cracked and the entire deck is is pulling skew and is wavy. We have been contacting Gary on numerous occasions the past year and nothing has been done. Gary either cancels our appointment or just simply doesn't pitch. I have had it with Eco Wood Decking and will not recommend anyone to use their product. It's a bad product and shoddy workmanship. After only three years I'm sitting with a big loss, a major eyesore and a five year guarantee that is worthless.
