Really Bad!

The 14th of February I purchased goods at this branch. Delivery of the full order was supposed to take place on the 22nd of Feb. Certain items were outstanding and I was given another day for delivery. That day came and still no delivery or feed back - calls do not get returned, even a request to speak to the manager the 4th and 5th of March was met with an excuse that he is not there. They are keen to clinch a deal but then cannot supply and leave the customer in the dark. Unacceptable!
