Paid and received no service or refund

Ryan came out on request to repair my garage door. He charged a R 450.00 call out fee and did not even measure the door correctly. He requested a deposit of R 1690.00 for the replacement section of the door. Stupidly I paid this money expecting that the service would be delivered. Weeks later Ryan advised that he would no longer be doing the job but his partner Hennie Marais would complete the job. When contacting Hennie he advised that a larger section was required and this would cost and additional R 750.00. Hennie advised me that after paying him he cold not complete the job. After countless emails and calls I have not months later received any of the money back from either of them. I have given both these guys ages to repay me and nothing. In the interim I have had to replace the entire door with another supplier because one panel was not repaired when it should have been. I don't imagine I will see my money again but hope this helps others.
