Leather Lounge Suite turned out to be fake leathe

Bought this 2 x 2 seater "leather" couches from Trend Designs a few years ago for R8000. I had been very emphatic that I wanted a full leather suite and was told that it was. Spoke to a guy called Yunus. Unfortunately I lost the receipt for this. In about September last year I noticed that the leather was cracking an peeling. Upon investigation I found that it was not leather after all. I telephoned Yunus and told him the problem and he said that he would let his head office know and they would get back to me. The first contact with him was in October 2012 (about 3 times). There was no feedback from them I then contacted Yunus again and even sent them an email with the details and photos of the lounge suite but they have not contacted me. I phoned another 2-3 times and even went to the store personally and was promised by Yunus that his head office will contact me. This was on 24 November 2012. Still no reply. This is rather frustrating and annoying. I will be lodging a complaint with the consumer rights people.
