Atrocious service

We needed our parquet floors to be resanded and resealed in our lounge and entrance area. Phillip told me they would be able to do it because a big job had just been resceduled and that it would take 2 days. I paid the R2 420 deposit (2/of the price) & they came on 10 Dec 2012 & sanded the lounge. The next day I got a call from Phillip that their machine had broken down & that they would not be coming that day. He also asked if they could fetch the other materials they had left at my place. I did not hear a word from them until 21 Dec - where they asked if they could come finish the job on 24th Dec.By this time I had figured out that the big job had come throuhg and they ditched me, the small guy. We were already away for Christmas, so we couldn't do 24 Dec. Since then, I've only gotten 1 sms to say that they'll give me a date for when they can finish. It is now 19 Feb 2013 - I sit with a half done floor, unanswered phone calls and emails. I am now finding other suppliers but will not let this rest.
