Damaged floors & walls, took our money, disappeared

My husband and myself bought a house that needed some renovating. We have parquet wooden flooring that needed resanding and restaining. We asked for dark cherry colour. Got a lighter colour, and big random splotches all over the floor where the staining is darker than the rest of the floor. Not only did they not fix these mistakes, but they used a sub-contractor who was charged with (of customers) and they did not refund us our money. They do not have a physical address from where their so-called accounts department works from, and so we could not issue them with a summons from the court to get our money back. They also damaged our walls when putting in skirtings (there are now big holes in the walls). When trying to contact them, they do not respond. All of this work was done within the period of Jan and April 2012.
