Ad service - job never completed

I have now been waiting for 4 months for a job that was suppose to take 2 weeks. also gave me one quote and kept asking for more and more money. i was stupid enough to pay in full and more. Unprofessional service and bad attitudes from both Jan and Sharon. Never in my life have i had such bad service. cannot get my money back or get the job completed and now have to go the legal route
