No repairs after poor construction

Had alterations done, subsequent roof leak, no help from Tommie Cronje, no repairs done, 2 years later, nothing done after numerous contacts with Tommie, poor paint quality used by Tommie peeling off after 6 months, no help from Tommie, if you try to contact him he does not reply. Why do we have to live with such poor after sales service!! It seems that these so called builders have no ethics.
