Extremely, corrupt service

Breach of contract -

On January 17 2013 Jan responded to do a quote at my home. Received a quote and called aggressively by Jan to do EFT for material and partial labour. Made an EFT transfer to the business account of Carpentry Shoppe as per the telephone agreement with Jan on Friday January 18, 2013. To date, Carpentry Shoppe has not delivered on any work despite numerous calls and numerous excuses like burglary at their business, and ABSA not having refunded them. Am not sure what does that have to do with me because I have paid money into their account.

I have since handed this matter over to my attorneys in addition to considering opening a case against this lousy company for misrepresentation.
