Worst Experience

Contract was signed weeks ago. After numerous phone calls the team eventually arrived to start digging. Delivery and Installation was promised but they don't pitch. One has to phone every time and ask what is happening. 60% Deposit was paid in good faith. Everyday new arrangements and promises. Every time I have to take leave from work and with out any contact or phone calls they just move their schedule around. The Hello Peter idea was laughed of by them. Apparently they don't respond to any complaints which says the same about their service. Their quotations also includes loads of empty promises. Beware.
