Bad Service

I recently installed a pool at my house that was done by Penguin Pools. At first I was promised the world by Tanya the salesperson and that she would always be available for me and any concerns I may have had.
This is was not the case at all. her builders were on site for about 2-3 hours a day and when they were at my house they were either sleeping or urinating in by my washing line area that eventually i had to take out all the grass under my washing and throw disinfectant in the area to get rid of the smell. Not sure why this was necessary as we do have public toilets in our complex. So after costing me that extra money they had to come back and redo the paving around my pool a second time and they couldn't get the light to work in my pool & with all of this going on Tanya didnt take any of my calls nor did she phone me back or answer any of my sms, how sad for penguin Pools. There was no supervision on site and that is why these problems leaked in. I have had people ask me who put my pool in and i am too ashamed to say who it was just in case they want to use Penguin Pools. And on the first swim in the pool the grouting came out from under the tiling, that is poor workmanship
