Penguin Pools
Incomplete Pool for over 6 Months

My Pool was started when my House was being built in May 2013.
The Pool was to be completed in November 2013 and I have been told on a daily basis by Gary Lamb of Clear Water Pools (Installers for Penguin Pools). Making Promises that they will be coming out the following day and not take my calls when the day comes.

I have paid 80% of the quoted amount and all I get now is a run around and told to me on a Daily basis.

I would not recommend these guys to anyone as they will hound you for the 80% and the drop you.

PS: His words " Sir I promise you will have your Pool before Xmas" and then his phone was off.

its Mid Jan the new year and still the same.

I'm disgusted.
