Pathetic Service!

Does not return calls, does not honour appointments and does not even have the courtesy of letting one know when they won't make it for an appointment. Instead, they rock up unannounced and phone when they do not have access to the premises. The wrong colour paving was installed (BASIC Requirements). The electrical installation causes the earth leakage to trip from day 1. The pool is dirty with a thick sludge covering the pool floor for two weeks now. Mosquito's and all kinds of insects are breeding in the water. The walls were damaged with delivery of the shell. To top it all, we had a phone call demanding final payment while the "hand over" wasn't even done. This is the single most disturbing and utter unprofessional thing that we had to deal with ever! I would rather purchase an E-Tag than deal with PENGUIN POOLS again. I WILL share my experience with everyone I come into contact with. It would appear as if this company is driven by the sole purpose of generating profit at any cost, rather than customer satisfaction.
