Unbearable Sewage

I experienced sewage problems on the 10th of April 2026 and reported the matter to our local community counsellor on the 13th who then said he will forward the matter to the Municipality relevant department, but we did not get help. on the 19 April I followed up with him, and he said he will make a follow up on the matter, but we still did not get any response. on the 4th of May 2026 I gave him a call, and he still said he will follow up but we still did not get any help. I sent him a message on the 29th of May and still said he will follow up; to date we are still waiting for Municipality to assist us with the stinking unbearable sewage.
