DO NOT use this company -threw sewage in my garden

This company threw sewage water into my garden! Totally unhygienic and disgusting - there was toilet paper hanging from my shrubs! I had no idea they ere doing this and only discovered once they had left. I contacted their "Managing Director" who was totally rude and defensive and said she refuses to apologise or acknowledge that it is unhygienic and she was going to talk to the contractor concerned and ONLY then get back to me with a plan to come and sanitise my garden... that was a week ago and she still hasn't come back to me.

A plumbing company that can throw sewage into the garden (and this is a small garden its not like it wasn't some distant corner!) is REALLY despicable and who knows what else they are capable of.

And as always if the big boss is rude and has no customer service skills then its no wonder her subordinates operate in this fashion.

I have a 3 month old baby and cats who play in the garden so hygiene is essential. I have had to trudge around and sanitise it myself.

I am certain there are MUCH better drain specialists out there and I would seriously NEVER use this company.
