Blocked sewage

My neighbours sewage has been blocked sins Friday 1 November. I phoned Mbombela and they came out but its still the same. I have now contacted them more than 4 times including Nelspruit office and no one comes out to unblock the sewage. There is dirt all over my garden and on my drive way... if I don't pay my bills on time mbombela wants to disconnect. Very disappointed at how they are handling this situation as they keep on saying they will send some one through to unblock the place... its not very hygienic either, having all that stuff coming into my garden and road.. Lebombo str white river...
