Gross Negligence of Upkeep of Building

We have been complaining about getting security, extra rubbish bins, better lighting in corridors and security lights at communal areas, remote control at access gates, clearly marked parking bays, board up vacant apartments, gross rats and mice infestation at building (health and safety issue) For last 5 months mafadi management has done nothing to improve the building condition. Things are deteriorating so fast tenants must now upkeep uin the buiding with their own money. We we complain they say they cannot find the owners but they send emails but owners dont reply back.

Mafadi Management only collects rent money and do nothing else.
