BUILDING FILLED WITH RATS AND COCKROACHES

I am very unhappy about the service I received from National Letting from the 1st day I moved in until date. Firstly the incorrect monthly statements I have been receiving throughout my stay, they change account numbers and building management is totally. The building is filthy with life disturbing pests such as Rats and cockroachs, as we speak I have rats invading my flat but nothing is being done about it. i UNDERSTAND THAT THE BUILDING IS BEING RENOVATED BUT THE PLACE SMELLS LIKE A TOILET.
They are not considerate of all tenants, all this full proof that National letting only cares about money.

As we speak I have paid up my rent up front for April but my current building statements reflects that I owe R 10 700. I AM REALLY UNHAPPY, NATIONAL LETTING STOP IT
