Excessive water tarrif rates

I am living in a complex in Bramley managed by Mafadi Letting sales. we are only 2 people in the 3 bedroom unit, I do not use my shower from Mon-Fri as I gym 5 days a week. The other tenant is never home... yet my water bill is monthly betwee 350 - R1200.00. we do not receive a detailed meter reading slip, the letting agent refuse to provide us with the tariff rates... i.e are we charged commercial or multi dwelling rates. I have reported the matter to the Tribunal Council, and they gave the Letting Agency a interim ruling 2mnths ago. The letting agent still did not provide me with the correct details and they keep billing me these exorbitant rates. i reported the matter again to Tribunal, but it does not look like tribunal is doing anything about the matter. According to the tribunal council Mafadi Management has numerous complaints but nobody is taking any action. i do not understand why Mafadi thinks they are above the law. Surely what they are doing is wrong. As per my calculations I pay at least R50.10c per kilowatt. I am fed up including all the other tenants in my complex.
