Bad workmanship

Bad workmanship in fitting laminate floor. Stay away from him. Battled to get him to repair the mess with the fit of laminate floor and only after threatening with Legal Wise he came with a subcontractor that is just as bad because they just replaced a few new tiles and refit the rest of the tiles with already damage tiles with the excuse that it is still fine to use when I questioned it. I now sit with a floor that is a eye sore that cost me over R30 000 and now has to get someone else to assist that will cost me again a lot of money. He trade as Advance Maintenance Concept but will not be surprised if he changes this also keeping in mind that there could be other complainants.
