Never ever use Jason Lemkus

I wanted to add my voice to the many existing complaints. Unfortunately I only Googled Jason Lemkus after we paid deposit to him and agreed for him to do work for us. I thought I would have a different experience because it was a relatively small job compared to the existing complaints. Oh was I wrong. Very wrong. He is a smooth talker, seems to know what he is talking about. Things start of well, but then eventually you get endless delays, requests for advanced payments. We are fortunate enough not to go into financial ruin compared to others affected by this skelm. We pulled the plug. Even worse than having to lose money to this scammer, we lost so much time. We ended up getting another builder and guess what - EVERYTHING has to be redone. All of it. His work is so sub standard and crap. And dangerous. Who knows how much we would have risked our lives if we allowed him to go ahead.

Stay away from Jason Lemkus. You have been warned.
