Once Herman had my deposit to start building he never arrived on site again!!

He has also tried his best to stop the success of my building project in every manor possible.
It is unfortunate that builders are so dishonest, especially one that states honesty and integrity in their building principles.
He failed to pay his staff, he failed to order any materials as specified in his contract.

He is one of the reasons why no one can ever trust a builder to actually do the work they have been paid for. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. Unfortunately it will have to take the legal route from here on...
