BEWARE OF JASON LEMKUS - LEMKUS REFURBISHERS

I had the most traumatic experience with Jason Lemkus of Lemkus Refurbishers. I wanted to build a cottage on my premises in order to supplement my income. I contracted to Jason in April 2012 when he presented me with a quotation for an amount to build the cottage including all the fixtures, fittings, electrics, plumbing etc. which I accepted. He never worked a full day EVER on my property. He would drop off his team of men & within an hour or two collect them again to do another job. He also caught me with a contract for a garden service & general repairs. His team of "gardeners" HACKED my garden to pieces and it was an absolute eye sore.By December 2012 I had a cottage that was one third completed, every wall was crooked, a roof that leeked like a sieve and basically NOTHING completed correctly. Like an ABSOLUTE FOOL i paid Jason all the money he quoted me because he could sweet talk anyone into believing anything. I had to raise a 2nd bond and it took my new contractor 2 1/2 weeks to complete the job. His name is Jabulani-0725670307 he is brilliant. I could not afford to get all his work redone but we have completed the job to the best we can. DON'T EVER USE ANY JASON LEMKUS FOR ANYTHING
