Poor Service

Be very careful when booking an installation when purchasing from the group. The work is done by third party who start the work, and don't complete the work, then no calls from the shop to inform that the installation team have started another installation else-where. After many calls and an e-mail to the shop I have work done totalling approxiamately 40% and still no installion team present, and no confirmation of a time that I can expect the team. I was informed that the team will complete the work after hours tonight. This is not acceptable as it interferes with ones private life etc etc.

I was also informed that the installation will not commence before payment is made, which was done within minutes.
