Don't wast your time or money with these people

Michael and Marlize Anderson were contracted to do home renovations for us, jobs went way over due date and had to be re-done due to bad workmanship. Have reneged on their promises to make right their bad workmanship. They have agreed to fix the snag list but never pitch. You are unable to get hold of them and then they send you rude SMS and tell you that your not patient, the snag list was promised to be completed in September 2013. They are holding money of ours for a job not done and tell us it's not refundable. We now sit with a floor that's crumbling, a gate that doesn't work a cracked bulkhead and building plans that have not been submitted but paid for. We have subsequently found out that we are not the only ones who have been duped by them. Don't waste your time, money or sanity
