WITHELD MY R10 000.00 DEPOSIT!

I gave the company my couch to re-upholster and custom build two chairs for me. These were to be done in white leather, backs bond leather and deep buttoned style. The price that was agreed to was R15 000.00. Keep in mind l have proof of this. They ask for a R10 000.00 deposit. l reluctantly paid it as it 75% of the job! Few days later l need to know the ETA of my goods. It was then Cheryl told me that she can, t do the job for R15 000.00. I then told her l don't have any other money and cancelled the order. She proceeded in telling me l have to pay a 50% cancellation fee! l went to their store and my wife and l was met with verbal abuse, threats. l have lawyers on the case and can't wait for my day in court! What was more surprising was her response to my lawyer. That we verbally abused, threatened them and worse we tried to remove goods from their store. Am l the only one that find this company, s actions appalling! They have my R10 000.00 and in a letter to my lawyer she says they ENTITLED to my money!
