Lennies Removals
*WARNING* Do not use Lennies Removals!!!

I have used Lennies several times to move, I always thought going for the more expensive moving company you will get the extra service and your goods will be well taken care of. I paid R 1500.00 to have my move done 2km away from where i was currently staying and it was not alot of goods. My most expensive furniture I own is my black leather suite. I paid well over R 30 000.00 for it. We asked that our goods be covered with blankets as they have done before and that special care be taken. Not only didnt they cover the goods but they also refused to carry the 3 seater in. I am of course glad now that they didnt because amoung other things that were scratched and damaged (Bed cabinet paint, coffee table etc...) was my 2 seater leather couch the leather has actually been scratched open along the entire couch. I noticed this recently while cleaning them. I immediately got my husband to contact Lennies to have the problem resolved as that couch alone is R 11 000.00 not only did we struggle to get hold of them and get response to our emails we were told that they only cover SIT! I am deeply disturbed and upset about this matter. What am I suppose to do now? :'(
