ESKOM LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY & DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

On the 16th january 2013 ESKOM once more appeared on my pavement and has dug up the entire entrance to my driveway and blocked entrance to my garages. They refused to provide a valid work permit, refused to provide anY paperwork relating to The work being done, they dug through the water mains and left my building without water.

Now it is the 22nd of January 2013 and i still have no acces to my garages, the pavement is dug up and the paving brinks stacked in untidy heaps. The municipal council has not come to repair the broken pipes I have had to get an emergency plumber to do the repairs and the water is still running into the ditch.
