Watertite Guttering
Unbelievably prompt response & service

I requested a quote from 2 seamless gutter companies at approx. 17:00 on Wednesday, 4 December. At 17:05 I got one from Watertite, so I wrote back to ask when they'd be able to do the work if I accepted. The next morning Nelia emailed to say they'd do it on 19 December if all went well, so I immediately accepted the quote, thinking if all did not go well they'd probably have to come and do it in January.

Just after lunchtime on Friday, 6 December, however, TWO DAYS after I'd requested the quote, she phoned to ask if there was someone at my property, because if so, they could do the work that same afternoon! There was supposed to be someone doing some other work, but I couldn't confirm that, so SHE said she'd send a team round to check. A couple of minutes later I was speaking over the phone to the team foreman, who was standing in my yard, explaining to him where the gutter should be fitted! There's no rating system that could accommodate this kind of service, because it's completely off the scale. Thank you, Nelia and Mike at Watertite Guttering!!!

Oh, and I'm still waiting for a response from the other company...
