Do not deliver and do not even sort the problem

Good Day all. I got a quote on the 8th november 2012 and had to pay a deposit on the 12th november 2012. Paid the deposit and was informed that the work will be done on the 5 december 2012. It is now the 30 january2013 and still no sevice. They informed me that the rep did not do it and left the company. I feel bad management due to the fact that no one is checking the quotes and project managment to get the jobs done.
this job of mine is to run 5 gutters into jojo tanks to collect rain water. I have now had enough and asked for my deposit back and find a better company.
