Do NOT use this plumber!!

Tommy replaced the inlet valve in my toilet, after arriving two hours late and charging R650 for ten minutes' work. Next thing the toilet started making a sharp, loud noise every twenty minutes or so. I called him back straight away and he turned up a week later. He readjusted the inlet valve and left after giving me some story about sand getting stuck in the system.

Twenty minutes later the noise started again. I've since called him half a dozen times and each time he's rude and on two occasions he hasn't showed up to agreed appointments to replace the faulty inlet valve he installed.

Do yourself a favour and give this guy a miss.
