Terrible TP & S Valve - Cobra

Purchased a Cobra PB1.46 Safety Temp Valve from Mica Midway for my geyser on the 26th April 2013. I was really happy that finally my geyser TP & S woes are over. Previous plumbers installed cheaper makes and this time I insisted on Cobra as it is popular and recognizable brand in South Africa. So I got my plumber to install it and everything was wonderful. This evening, the 16th of August 2013, I heared water flowing from my geyser. On inspection i realised that the water is coming out from the TP & S valve, so that only means the valve is faulty as my geyser was off and only comes on in the morning. Very dissappointed that a valve with the cobra brand would only last just over 3 months!
