New garage springs not strong enough to hold doo

Warning, Warning, Warning, Automated garage doors can be dangerous if not maintained by a competent company, make sure you scrap Lifestyle Doors from your list.

Lifestyle doors replaced the springs on my 12 year old sectional door and over the next two months i had them back twice to re tension the springs.
Over the past year the door intermittently kept stopping just before the last section cleared the opening, fortunately this was enough to fit the cars through, so we left it.
When I requested Lifestyle come out again, they told me the guarantee was only for 3 months.
I find this absolutely outrageous as the last spring where never adjusted in the 12 years they lasted.
These springs are obviously not the correct tension for this size door, even from new my wife could not open it manually when the power was off.
