Non Payment of services delivered

On Saturday 21 September 2013, I delivered a service to Andrew of Eden Concrete. Although the service was delivered in his personal capacity. Due to the sensitivity of my business, I cannot disclose the exact nature of the service delivered.. A quote was sent to Andrew before the time and he verbally agreed to the quote.
On the day of service, he did not have the full amount to pay.
Ever since, I have been struggling, without success, to obtain the balance owed by him.
I have made numerous attempts including text messages, emails and telephone calls.
This is a very unfortunate way to be doing business with him because he appeared to be one of the good guys...
