In July 2011. a contractor Harry, under the the company Permanent Contractors, contact numbers 071 1785927, signed an agreement to renovate our roof and gutters. Money to amount of R80 000 was deposited into his account but he failed to deliver his services. When doing a follow up he will say the material is being imported from Europe, the next follow up he he said the machine for cutting raftes is broken up until now he has never showed.
