Long Hold Time

I called in to get more information on Electricity units as I felt we were being ripped off. If you buy electricity for R10.00, you receive 4.70 units, R20.00 = 9.00 units and R60.00 = 24.80 units. The units have suddenly dropped drastically and I'm unable to get an explanation as to why due to staying on hold for 15 minutes while trying to speak to a call centre agent.
