Aaa came out to fix a leaking basin it only needed a new washer and a running toilet. I received a quote for 2800 as I was told that there was a waste build up that needed to be cleared away. I had to pay as it was xmas in 2 days and I needed these items repaired. The following day the toilet broke that they had fixed with a makeshift job. They could only send someone out on the friday to fix it. Friday I was told a plumber would come out no one arrived. During the call I was hung up on due to more important calls and put through to customer care. I was told that the plumber had said the job wad done. Aaa were sending another who never arrived. I called again on Friday eve and was told that if a plumber had not come through by sun evening I must phone back. I was not happy with this and said I was going to the ombudsman. Aaa dont take kindly to threats maybe because it is a common occurrence. It is now sunday and no one has been to fix the mess that aaa made. They are a company with no good work ethic that and make empty promises. Looking at the previous complaints and they had no response from aaa I expect the same poor treatment. Aaa are a greedy company.
