And live electrical cables left in garden

Abniel Electrical CC was doing the electrical installation at my renovation project. After a dispute I had with Jan Daniel Anderson about timing of payment (I received the invoice on 24 December 2012 and being the festive season I had not made payment as yet - incident happened on 27 December 2012), I requested him to leave my premises. It later turned out that he had the keys to my premises. Whats more, is that he left a live electrical cable in the garden that my two year old daughter nearly touched (I am grateful I saw her walking towards the cable before this could have happened). I would recommend to anyone to not use this contractor.
