Drive a flashy BMW X5 but not honoring commitments

In Aug 2012 Eaves Skylights fitted awnings to the Granny Flat on my property. They had however damaged my windows and glass on the 2 doors with grinding sparks. The doors are both aluminium with frosted, shatterproof galss. This was pointed out to the owner, Nigel Eaves. He committed to having this fixed. In mid Sept I was advised that they were waiting for the sandblasting to be completed. 4 Oct 2012 I was advised that the team would be on site 11 Oct 2012. When I got home from work, the window glass had been replaced but perspex had been fitted in the 1 door. The aluminium window frames, where the glass had been replaced, had also been damaged. On speaking with Nigel, I was advised that he needed the original to ensure that the blasting design was as per my original. 15 Oct - sent email to Nigel reiterating my dissatisfaction with the quality of work and the damages. Nigel then telephoned me with a commitment to advise, on email, when the door glass and damaged window frames would be seen to. 16 Oct still no response. About a week later someone came to check damages. According to this person Nigel was not happy with his report on damages. I have handed this over to the attorney.
