Disgusting service and rude manage

We purchased a very expensive Creepy from Bryanston Pools. We could have gotten it for much less at Makro but decided that we would get better service from a small shop.
This Creepy clearly has numerous defaults and has given us hassles all year. Each time we have been forced to pay for incredibly expensive repairs despite our warranty.
The Creepy is still only a few months old and this week we have had to replace treads (R350) and have it repaired (R150) and it still does not work.
The owner now says we need a new R450 part and when my husnad complains and says that this should not be happening with such an expensive product the owners response is he has heard us saying over and over how expensive the machine is, he tells us that this is really not a big deal in his life and he does not care.
Absolutely disgusting service from some that we have been nothing but loyal repeat customers.
Avoid this disgusting man and his shop and rather just go to Makro who replaces products that are rubbish.
