Disgusting service and empty promises

8 months ago we decided to renovate and install a pool. Champagne pools was recommended by our building contractor and we merely accepted his recommendation.

3 months ago Champagne pools started to dig and drill and we asked them how long it will take. They told us 4 weeks.

8 weeks later (so in total 12 weeks so far) this pool is still not complete!!! After speaking and fighting, we where given pathetic excuses and this way and that way. In the mean time we asked another pool company to look and found that Champagne pools are ridiculously expensive! This other company could do the same PLUS solar heating for LESS than this company is charging! Still we stayed with Champagne Pools!

We where told that the tiling would be completed by Fri 13/12/2013 and they will work the weekend to complete. No surprise this was not done!

Again this morning they did some tiling and had to leave, and said they MIGHT come back on Friday!

I am absolutely disgusted and disgusted with the level of service this company has given us!
