Over A Year With No Positive Resolution

I ordered a bedroom suite in June 2012 which was delivered in August 2012 in the wrong color. The correct order arrived in October 2012 but one pedestal & the mirror attaching to the dressing table was missing. After receiving the missing parts, I noted that the doors & drawers where shrinking. Having had substitute furniture supplied by them on various occasions to rectify the situation and experiencing the same problems, I asked for a refund as I was tired of having to make arrangements for deliveries that still aren't right. Due to the handmade furniture you're unable to buy matching / replacement items in other stores. The only problem item now is the dressing table. A replacement made of beechwood was delivered as the wood shouldn't warp etc like the previous one. We were shocked to unwrap a dressing table that was smaller, had no mirror, skew drawer handles and a slightly different design. My request for a refund on the dressing table has been ignored, and no further replacements have been offered. After being patient and giving them ample opportunity to rectify the situation I'm left with an eye sore and chips in my walls from moving the items in and out of the house.
