Extremely bad service

I bought a bedroom suite from lewis. The drawers of the dressing table were without rails and i agreed to take it like that. After purchasing it, i realized why the drawers would not fit. The top of the dressing table were broken and beyond my repair. For 4 months now I battle for Charmaine to pick it up or to send someone to investigate. As I have knowledge of this service of this branch, i am not even surprise. I dont suppose my complaint will do any thing to this branch as customer care are nowhere anyway. This is just another complaint to which they dont respond. I have contacted the customer care department but with very similar response. Wendy is so uncappable.
