Dressing Table shelves not opening

I bought a Ceaser bedroom suit at Russells on the 8 of February and it was delivered on the 14 of February. The dressing table doors were not opening and i reported the matter on the 18 February, they never did anything about my complain until i called them and they said they will do a follow up and then after 2 weeks they told me that the person who was suppose to deal with my complain was on leave... and they came and took the damaged dressing table after two weeks of my complain and they haven't returned it till today which is now the third week and no one has said anything until Saturday the 23rd of March when someone from the branch called me to ask me to do a quotation of a door that was broken when they came to deliver. i told him that they haven't delivered anything and he said he'll check with them and come back to me but he hasn't till now.
