Advertise item they don't stock and no response

"Have a Fix it new year" Sales brochure came out on 15 Jan 2013 which ends on 3 Feb 2013. To date they have not had the Ryobi 14.4v Cordless Drill driver with 2 batteries and 13 bit set for R598. I complained on the website on Monday 28 Jan 2013 and have still not had a response. Very bad (False) advertising and very poor customer service. I will go back to my local hardware as they at least know what they are doing.
