Will not refund incorrect goods

I have replaced all windows in my home with standard windows from PTA Windows & Doors. Deliveries were late, quality of good poor and the customer made sliding doors were not measured on site despite clear instruction from the architect. PTA Windows delivered the incorrect sliding doors (because they did not come onto site to measure). These were sent back and they refuse to refund the money.
