Installed doors keep on leaking

Almost a year ago Hillside Glass South Africa installed 3 stack doors at my house. Since then they have returned to my home more than 10 times to fix the leaking doors. To date it has not been fixed and with every rain storm the doors leak more and more. I have withheld R5000.00 from the money that was suppose to be paid to them until the doors has been fixed or replaced. Seems like they want to sue me now. The doors has been refitted on various occasions and I feel that the doors must be replace with new ones since extra holes has been drilled into the frames etc
Am I allowed to withheld the money? They now tell me that the doors are guaranteed to be water resistant, but not waterproof, or something to that effect. This is a new story they have. If this was the case, why did they return to fix the doors so many times...??
