I approached Metro Lifestyle Centurion to install curtains in my newly build home. A team was sent out to come and do measurements, I went instore to select my fabric, rods est. Everything accept the tiebacks which I was not sure of. Meanwhile we also became aware that they can re-upholster our dining room chairs and one wingback chair. After all this discussion a complete quote was given. After which when I received it contacted the Metro sales rep to confirm that the quote includes everything and I was told yes. And to that I said please proceed. Almost a month later after which installation was confirmed even with a date (Waiting from 11 - 4pm for the installation team) they finally arrived at my house to install the curtains. As they unpacked I suddenly realised that there was no rods, I was surprised and asked them who are you going to hang the curtains?? The team did also seem very surprised to my question and immediately started phoning the office. 2 days later after which I have been waisting my airtime they finally came back with an email stating;sorry mam but the rods where not included in the quote/invoice, and a hefty R5212.00 on top of my almost R15 500 spent.!!!
