After Sales service on Gutters comes apart

On 13 August 2011 I received a quotation from Lifestyle Guttering in Bonaero Park to replace the gutters at my home. The job was duly completed a few days later and it appeared to be well done. I did not have any complaints about the quality of work.
On the 8th November 2012 we suffered a severe hailstorm which damaged the gutters. I was duly paid out by the insurance company. A representative from Lifestyle Guttering called on the 16th November and I pointed out that the one gutter did not have any slope and consequently the rain water did not drain. This load was too heavy for the gutter and it came loose from the supports. The brown marks on the outside of the gutters made it look dirty and could not be removed with cleaning liquids. The representative gave me a quotation to replace all the gutters and also to fix the problem of the gutter on the front. He could not offer a solution on removing the dirt marks on the outside.
The company has advised that they are not prepared to rectify the problem unless I use the insurance refund to replace all the gutters. The slope of the gutter is too small a job to come and fix it.
It seems after sales service leaves much to be desire
