Does not deliver goods/services as promised

Amanda and her team have been twice to my place and they cant fix one pool light. After i queried, she sent me another quote for R1300 to run a new cable, which is now faulty. Why could they not have diagnosed this in the first place? Today i asked her for refund of the light and she said it was installed, but it was not installed. So she is mistaken and really is not aware of what her guys do. Very disappointed with this service and attitude from her. I would not recommend any person do business with this company, as they cannot deliver and Amanda is rude.
